The staff has no sense of business and understanding of customers. You would call for something, instead of the staff contacting the relevant person, they will rudely tell you to call so and so as if you know who is that. No caretersey of assisting to get the relevant person. Someone will help you check in, when you call for check out, he or she is already bored and referring you to someone else as if you knew that things changed. The room is full of cockroaches and was not the room I booked. I booked 202 and was sent to 602, when I mention that, I am told that it is full there at 202, not considering the reason I chose 202

there was no power in the building and they failed to communicate that with me , instead they asked what difference was it gonna make if they told me.

Hostess lives with their family in the same apartment as guests. No privacy whatsoever. No utensils in the kitchen, there was 1 old fork in the cabinet. Shower doesn’t work if someone is using the kitchen tap. Place is infested with cockroaches. And the linen has a foul smell

I loved the entire apartment.

The electricity shutdowns around the area made my stay a bit challenging because electricity would come on for 2 hours and go off for 6 hours.
