The positive thing is that the staff working inside the hotel is very friendly, but the person who answers the messages in booking does not answer the important messages, she just forwards the same information over and over again. The facilities bad, when I was there there there was no water and everything was dirty. Smelly and visually unpleasant toilets. Only one toilet had water and there was only one toilet available for the whole hotel. In terms of cleanliness it is not a good place. The wifi was unstable and my room was very noisy, I needed to work and it was impossible because of the noise from the hostel and the lack of wifi. My room overlooked the courtyard, people smoked there and all the smoke was inside my room because the window didn't close properly. Finally I couldn't stay until the end of my stay for all these reasons. I thank the hostel because they offered me to change my room, but the wifi problem and the lack of cleanliness were still there, so I decided to go to another hostel and lose the money of the reservation.

It looks like a big house sharing, people from different nationalities were chilling outside, you have a kitchen if you wanna cook, you can self check in at anytime they send you all the information by email, the room was very clean

-The bathroom window cannot be close properly. -the lock for the door got problem. -the blanket is old.

Easy check-in and check-out. Clise zo bus station. Good aircondition. Free drinking water, washing machine and kitchen available.

Rooam had a bit of an unpleasant smell. Bed sheets were a bit dirty. Floor in the toilets was also quit dirty.

The room was clean, had comfortable bed, wardrobe and desk with a chair, which we found very practical. Our room was without bathroom. The shared facilities were very clean. And we have almost never met anyone else, when we needed to use them. There is also water dispenser and washing machine available for guests. Quiet location, little walk to the city centre, but there is city bikes station nearby. If we are back in Georgetown we will stay here again. Thank you.
