The place was quiet as it is a residential area.

There was no water supply. Some of my family members were struggling to take bath. They complain that the house keeper should have done any early preparation for that or let us know earlier. The staff provided drinking water which was not sufficient. My family really felt disappointed. The water dispenser is also not functioning.

room is nice, good aircon, there’s a little kitchen and free water refills (when the machine works)

not proper walls between rooms so can hear everything, this was generally fine but there was someone snoring in the room next door. Bathrooms are not the cleanest. Location is a 25 minute walk to the centre, there are multiple g fortunes on google maps so make sure you select the correct one!

+ cheap + decent sized room with good A/C + communal kitchen where we were able to make pasta + decent location if you have a bike/don’t mind using the bus (to walk into the centre takes around 25mins) + accommodating host + secure building on a nice road in a residential area + parking available for bike

- noisy, inconsiderate neighbours. we asked to move the first night because we were put in the room downstairs right next to the kitchen and people kept turning the lights on all night. unfortunately, even though the host was really kind and moved us upstairs, our new room was next to some extremely loud men who would make noise until late at night then wake us up really early getting ready for work - toilets were always soaking wet - rooms separated by dividers instead of walls so you can literally hear everything in the next room - no water downstairs for the second half of our stay (in the kitchen and half the toilets) - water machine not working - pillows so hard you can hold them out and they do not bend at all

The rooms are very comfortable, we had everything we needed including a desk and chair. location is a 30 mins walk from the center but public transport is very convenient and close by. Also, there is a local food market very close by which we enjoyed. AC and fan worked very well. There is a common area with a kitchen (microwave and fridge etc) and a washing machine too.

Construction going on all day at the neighboring house. The noise was unbearable but I’m assuming it’s was just going on when we were there. The bathrooms are not the cleanest (shared bathrooms) and there was a constant smell.

The room itself was perfectly fine, but as mentioned, it would have been better with a toilet. Id rather share shower facilities rather than a toilet! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and a little way out from the main things in the town, but I already knew this and hired a motorbike for the time I was there.

My room was on the ground floor and although I had a private bathroom, it consisted of just a basin and electric shower. I still had to share the toilets. On my 2nd day there the water went off around 11am, and still wasn't working the following morning, although bizarrely the upstairs was fine and had shared facilities we could use! There was one dedicated toilet only, not a shower room also, on the ground floor and someone had left it in a horrible state after using it, but even after being told there water in the upstairs of the building this toilet remained uncleaned for the whole period of the water being off! The bed was very very hard.
