Die lank wag vir iemand om my in te laat by die gastehuis. Langer as 'n uur op die voorstoep gewag met groot nood vir toiletgebruik.

Nothing , Establishment nobody was there at the front I walk through the house and find drunk people including the Manager.

Drunk People including the Manager the establishment qas very dirty and did not smell good. The establishment did not want to give my money back I did find alternative accomodation

The pictures of the venue is out dated and deceiving. We expected a play area for the kids, after asked if there is such facilities. The upper room had almost no hand wash soap. The hot shower tap leaked boiling hot water. It was difficult to touch this tap. The other occupants were very noisy throughout the night and left the upper kitchen area in a mess.

Location was good

Room smelled of paint and mould. Only the bathroom window could open, but then everyone can see you. Back door unlocked the whole night. Outside gate locked with a lock. I had to climb out my car at 23:30, alone, to unlock and lock it again. Pitch dark at the parking area, until you walk to the stairs, then a light goes on, then its pitch dark again until another light goes on. No TV in room

I very dissatisfied, was not booked although my booking was confirmed, money was paid and accepted. I have to rebook and pay extra

We got the wrong room
