"Was a good away from home stay excluding the inconveniences."

Other guests not adhering to rules. Staff not explaining requirements for booking fees and then after paying still come to the room to claim money, which was settled the morning. Booking.com doesn't have the correct info regarding payments requirements of the place itself.
