Host - was off on arrival as there was a mixup of times - not from myself but the person who I asked to do the booking - regarding when we would arrive. The arrival point did not put anyone else but our rooms were shifted for the hosts convenience yet we were made to feel reprimanded on arrival for being 'put out'. And my friend and i are resilitent travellers. The accommodation was adequate but reception not warm: stove did not work; shower did not work; electrical plugs were overloaded. We were moved to a double room suite which was not our request, because someone was to stay a week and we were only overnight!!! With out discusion or a sense of genorisity on the owner's part - even though my friend is nearly 80 (and extremely able and clever) we w eretold we could not use the two bedrooms. The front room with light was closed off to us and we were told to occupy the one room (which was fine - we did not mind sharing - but they had made the move! My friend is from the usa - and a well known person - so not a good welcome at all.

Great Location, spacious, convenient, and parking right next to your accommodation, big rooms, Air Con works well, if you are looking for accommodation in this area, this guest house is a gem
