The hostess was very helpful and friendly. She made sure to check in on me regularly while I was adjusting to the high altitude. The freshly prepared food was delicious.

It's a bit of a walk to the center, but that also means it's quiet, except for the dogs that bark at night.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heschek. The highlight of the experience was the incredibly warm hospitality from the host, who made us feel more like family than guests.. The property offers breathtaking views of the Leh mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset — truly unforgettable. One of the most special touches was being served an amazing local Ladakhi dish on the house, which gave us an authentic taste of the region and showed the genuine care and generosity of the hosts. The rooms were comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after exploring Leh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy stay with heartfelt hospitality and stunning scenery.
