"Frustrating"

More than a month before our scheduled visit my husband became very ill requiring surgery. I contacted Voglia di Vino Locanda to request a refund OR postponed date. The response was the visit is non refundable. This is frustrating to pay over $600.00 for a service we cannot use.

We would like to be awarded credit to be used within 6 months.

Great location. Nice, big room with a little balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food at the restaurant.

We did not appreciate that the shower wall in the bathroom was made out of glass, facing towards the beds in the room. We also did find an extra bottle of wine for 20 euro on our restaurant-bill.....If we had not been observant, we had been paying 20 euro too much!
