Waenis Sunset View Hotel and Restaurant, Amed, Bali

The staff were lovely and friendly and Made Suni and the team made us very welcome.

Just bear in mind that Grab of Gojek do not operate in Amed, but we got taxis and you can hire a scooter . There are a lot of steps , all different shapes and sizes and no hand rails ,so if your mobility is not good bear this in mind . There were also a few large steps up to the shower in our room. It is built into the hillside so we did expect some steps , but some white paint on the edge of the steps would have been helpful . The breakfast was ok

The view was amazing. The infinity pool and the room nestled into the side of the hill.The staff were all super friendly and their service was fantastic.

Location is great, it has an amazing view across the sea and mountains. Good 5 minute walk to other restaurants but anything further you will need a car or scooter to go up the massive hills.

The rooms are lovely. However, the doors don't close properly making it easy for mosquitos to get in. Even with air con trying to make it colder, we were heavily bitten. If the doors were adjusted so they sealed properly, it would be much better.

Great location, overlooking the beach and sunset. Lovely pool. Made and her staff are very lovely and accommodating, they went above and beyond for us. We had an issue with our fan and they fixed it the next day, tea and coffee in the room, etc. The bed is very comfortable, we slept very well.
