Waenis Sunset View Hotel and Restaurant, Amed, Bali

Very friendly staff, great location if you like getting away from the bustle of the small towns nearby, absolutely killer view!

Bathrooms/drains smelt not great.. There was no way to shower without holding up the shower head lol

Location is amazing, great view of sunset, sea. Breakfast is enough and the value of the services provided is very good.

Food in restaurant can be improved and also the food menu.

nice clean room, water bottles on arrivel, towels and towels for the beach provided. good selection of breakfast options. AC working normaly, nice terrace.

restaurant in the hotel is charging always tax fee about 15% dogs around the hotel are extrely loud in the middle of the night, each night.

room was in front of a restaurant and then you see the view. no privacy unless you close the curtains, then you can't see the view!? room needs $ spent.. towels are thread bare.. walk through shower to toilet. no ensuite. money better spent at other accomodation on beach

The location is great, right on the cliff where we can see the sunset. The food is delicious and authentic. Nice and warm hotel staff. Perfect option for family holiday.

The view is amazing, thanks to the large windows all around in the room Very quiet neigborhood, only roasters and dogs early morning Overall the service is basic, but the a la carte is decent enough, and the view from the restaurant makes everything! Staff is nice The infinity pool area is a bit old, but facing this nature, it worth it

You can access easily to the beach with stairs, but it s a fisherman beach, so dont expect sunbeds; however swimming is good, water is clear A bit far from the center; however you can still easily find restaurants around

The views from the property are excellent and the terrace is a good place to sit.

We had to ask for a fridge for the room and this was in the second room we were in, the first was a long walk down steep and highly dangerous steps with no handrail or support that would be impossible for anyone infirm, with no warning given about the room's location at the time of booking. There was no way we wanted to go up and down those steps in the daylight, let alone in the dark. Having moved to a safely located room, the bathroom was awful. With mould on the walls, the washbasin was at chest height, the toilet on a raised plinth for some reason, and the only working shower consisted of a plastic pipe coming out of the wall delivering only cold water! The bathroom looked like it was built in the 1980s, with nothing remotely up to date, and the lighting consisted of one bare bulb sticking out of the wall.

I like the most is the location and the scenery. I can see Mt Agung and the ocean. Food in restaurant also good :) The manager and the staffs very helpful.
