Nice location nice facility good overall

Bathroom was not very clean Shower was not easy to use

Great spot overlooking a beautiful bay. Perfect sunsets. Made went above and beyond to help us when we left our passports behind, driving from legian back to Amed then back to legian for us. So greatful. Would definitely recommend

The view from the location is realy amazing. Also the view from the infinity pool. The breakfast is good and contains multiple dishes.

Even if the location is appreciated, the place looks a bit old. The room is ok, but the bathroom is in very poor condition. The toilet and the sink are extremly dirty and there are a lot of insects. The staff doesn’t speak english very well and it’s hard to communicate and get information. Also, a thing that we disliked was how they handled the scooter rent. We booked a scooter for 3 days directly from them(after 3pm) and in last day in the morning(8am) they requested us to return the key because time was up (but not 24 hours passed in last day as usual in Bali). Very unprofessional, they could have said in the beginning.

Room size was a bit small and had 1 washroom for 2 rooms, that's the only negative.

The rooms are spacious and clean. High ceilings, much light and an excellent ocean view right from the bedroom 👍 The beach below the hotel is rocky but I actually like it more - you don't have sand everywhere and it is much more interesting underwater then on sand beaches. Wifi is good, I did have several video calls without connection problems. Food is good too, and not as pricey as in other hotels.

The location of the property was very nice. It was very aesthetic. The room was spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. They provided us with a splasher upon request. The hotel also has taxi service upon request.

The huge hole in the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen was unpleasant. The safe was not in working condition. Majority of the locks were unusable. There were a-lot of ants in one of the rooms.
