Me gustó la vista , el desayuno muy rico , el recibimiento y la ubicación

No me gustó que para llegar a la habitación número 33 tuviese 70 escalones y no saberlo antes de ir No me gustó que para desayunar tuve que bajar 2 pisos por escalera Te llevan valijas a la habitación pero realmente es muy incómodo

L’emplacement idéal, la propreté de la chambre et le personnel adorable. Le petit dej était très copieux et excellent.

Excellent accomodation for a stay in Ella. Short walk to the main street and the attractions such as Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam's Peak walk can also be walked to. Staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The pool is a nice option if you want to relax for a few hours.

we informed them we want a lower room as i can't walk alot of stairs, the hotel confirmed they booked the lowest room available. when we arrived they told us they upgraded us to the mountain room which was a higher level (the room we booked was occupied it was not an upgrade). they moved us to the lower room after the initial guest left.

bathroom was dirty with insects and snail, alot of stairs no elevator
