Struttura a pochi minuti dal centro, camera spaziosa e funzionale con letto e cuscini molto comodi. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Personale accogliente e disponibile ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa oltre ad offrire servizi per ogni necessità.

Unico punto critico la salita per arrivarci (solo a piedi) non funzionale per chi ha problemi di mobilità.

The staff were nice, included me in a birthday party on arrival. Easy walk down to the main street. Room was comfortable, adequate for 2-3 nights

The rooms are OK. Cleaner than what you can find in Sri Lanka.

WiFi was so so. Location it’s so so, close but you have to go up. Some cars (sedan) struggles a little. I use the laundry service. The broke one “belt” of my short and didn’t tell me when the laundry was delivered to me.

The host was very good and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was not perfectly clean, but it was manageable. The location is close to the city center, which is convenient.

The hotel is situated high up on a steep uphill road, and vehicles cannot reach directly to the property. Guests need to walk uphill, which may not be suitable for elderly people or those with mobility issues.

The property is very centrally located and is a short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also easy to reach nearby sights (like the 9 arch bridge, railway tracks and little Adam’s peak trailhead) on foot from the accommodation. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly and made us a big delicious breakfast each morning (even kindly accommodating our requests). The room was very clean and equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee and had a shared fridge and good WiFi. Overall very good value. To note, the property is up a very steep hill (taxis will often not drive right up to the property entrance) so we had to carry our bags uphill around 200m from the road. We hired a scooter during the stay and the walk to the property was not so much an issue for us, but could be difficult for anyone with mobility needs. Also, the room was advertised as having air conditioning but it only had a fan. Again, not an issue for our stay as it wasn’t too hot but worth mentioning for anyone staying during very hot weather.

The bed was a bit hard and not super comfy. It was also noisy some nights from the bars/restaurants in town, as the sound unfortunately travels (although the music stops around 11pm).
