O hotel está localizado muito próximo da rua principal. As comodidades são boas, a varanda também é boa, o wifi funciona bem.

Para chegar ao hotel é necessário subir uma rua muito (muito!) inclinada, não é fácil para quem tem malas de viagem em vez de mochila; Nota para quem vai para Ella: os restaurantes e cafés têm musica alta até 23h, mesmo dentro do hotel com tudo fechado é possível ouvir a musica.

Very comfortable room, comfortable bed, spotless clean, everything you need, nice balcony and view over town and to Ella rock. Helpful friendly owner, nice breakfast plenty food. Good location 5 mins down hill Main Street, but far enough away up the hill away from busy streets. Steep walk back up hill, can get tuk tuk easy if don’t want to walk. Nice views. Enjoyed our stay 😊

Location as it is very close to city center

The first room we booked was a disaster. We arrived in the evening and left everything to go out for dinner. Once back we realized that it was extremely dirty. Spider net on the walls (sign that it wasn’t cleaned for a very long time), smashed mosquitos in the wall, stains on bedsheet. This was a family room and as per owner confirmation no blankets are provided for all the four beds, only some covers which we don’t know how much clean they could have possible been, considering all the situation. Shocked that in a family room no blankets are provided as standard arrangement. Only two face towels, but no body ones. We had two bathrooms but in neither of them there was hot water. From the tap for sure there wasn’t as confirmed by owner (it seems to be standard in town). Very dangerous was the socket of the water heater just next to the shower, for which they looked surprised we were complaining. No information was done about the location up to a very straight up hill, which for people who might have physical problem makes it very dangerous. Room was without noise cancellation as we could hear all the music of the bars in the Main Street. The second room we got after we complained, was much better though. Location overall is good since it is very close to the Main Street but the hill is to be advertised.
