Great location and nice staff. Liked that we had a pin code to enter. Good and comfortable bed.

The smell as entered the room, possibly as it hadn't been aired out properly. Nothing else to fault.

Very quiet even though on a busy road.

Clean and acceptable. Nice lady owners and very kind and helpful. Excellent double twin room with lovely en-suite shower room . Nice and peaceful for short stay for visiting family locally or an event .

Location next to builders and industrial unit . Access driveway is on a bend on a busy main road and potholes immediately on drive as you enter quickly to avoid on coming traffic when you have to turn right . Be careful .

Catherine was so lovely and friendly and went out of her way to accommodate me checking in early. I really appreciate the kindness and effort!

Owner pleasant. All instructions very clear. Good television kettle etc.

Room very basic and uncomfortable bed. Curtains only just fitted the window, plain walls and slippery floor surface. Whole place in need of redecoration. Appeared clean on the surface but dirty sock and debris under the bed made me cringe. Didn't partake of the do-it-yourself breakfast of cereal and bread.
