Riad Fès Center

The location was great. Hamza was very kind and welcoming.

We really liked staying here! The riad is located right in the Medina but it still feels very private. We got clear instructions how to get to the place but Hamza still met us at the Medina entrance so we didn’t get lost first time there. We loved the hospitality of the hosts and simple but warming slow breakfasts. It was so enjoyable to finish our long day on the terrace watching the sunset. Staying there was a big part of enjoying the city!

WiFi connection was not stable sometimes

Everything was perfect - the room was cozy and clean, the breakfast fantastic and the location was close to everything. The manager was very welcoming, helped us with transport and had flexible check in and check out. I would recommend the riad.

This place is truly beautiful, and the price-value ratio was unbeatable. The riad has been exceptionally renovated, featuring traditional elements that are characteristic of Fez. The attention to detail in the construction and design was remarkable. We particularly loved having breakfast in the central hall. What surprised us most was the breathtaking roof terrace. We could have spent hours there, taking in the views of the city, especially during the prayer calls. Khalid and his brother were absolutely wonderful—so welcoming, kind, and attentive. They made us feel right at home and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Walking around as a couple, the area around the riad felt safe even at night (we arrived at 11pm and had no issues). This riad is a gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only minor areas for improvement were that the water temperature could have been higher, the air conditioning had to work quite hard to warm a room of this size during January, and the design of the bedding and lighting could be refined to better match the stunning interior. That said, I’m really just nitpicking!
