Everything is so good

Great raid in the medina! Truly a place of rest in the busy centre of Fes. Breakfast was excellent! They're coffee is fantastic with just a hint of cinnamon. Rooms were nice and clean. This riad offers excellent value.

Not the hotels fault, but we seemed to be in a rough part of the medina. Make sure you're comfortable with busy medinas!

Wonderful experience with a very kind and available guest! Khalid was just perfect before our arrival until the end of our journey! About the riadh, simple and luxurious in the same time. You feel the history of the place from the decorations and the architecture. As you feel like home you really feel the spirit of the place. Perfectly located in the médina it allows you to enjoy the energy of the medina and also quick exit to the excursions around Fès. One single regret, why our stay wasn't longer!

It’s pretty We didn’t meet the owner but luckily he was quick to pick up the phone when we were lost. I recommend saving his number and asking him for instructions to get to the riad

The location is in a very sketchy part of the Medina, 20 mins walk from the blue gate and if you’re not on the shopping streets it’s not nice. Also the riad isn’t where Google maps shows, it’s actually around the block The mattres was rock hard Very noisy, easy to hear what all the guests are doing We only had hot water on the second night

The owner is very kind, staff is great and will make sure that you have everything that you need.

- comfortable bed - beautiful decorations and design - big room - friendly staff (our receptionist - Yorri was very nice) - nice authentic atmosphere - good breakfast - hot water and good water pressure

- unfortunately the location isn’t tourist friendly (it’s more of a local people place and they were staring at my girlfriend and shouting things - even though she had a long dress and shirt so she was dressed modestly); you can’t really walk on the streets in the evening. I would definitely not recommend it to solo women travelers or even couples. There was also a lot of garbage on the streets and bad smell - the room needs a bit of a renovation especially in the bathroom - there are exposed wires right above the shower (there is no lamp just a light bulb hanging); the water was leaking non stop from our toilet (we had to always close the water valve after flushing)

Beautifully restored riad with friendly staff and easily accessible via bab guissa. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were always super friendly and helpful. The riad is also located in a less touristy area of fes medina.. So you will get to see genuine medina life around you as well. The rooms are large enough to fit a family of four even though we were only 2.

The riad is very nice, authentic and nicely decorated. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The room is so well decorated and spacious, bathroom and shower are nice, but toilet was a bit smelly sometimes. Room is cleaned every day, which is great. Breakfast is freshly made, rich, and nice.

Location-wise, it is easy to reach from Medina gates, but the area is not touristy so could look a bit dodgy for some people. It is NOT easy to go around the medina, and there are not many restaurants or touristy places nearby. However, this is something we enjoyed, but we are aware some people may not.

Of all the hotels I've stayed in Morocco, this was the easiest to find. If you park in the parking lot closest to the hotel, you will see signs with the name of the hotel on the walls of the buildings along the way. The riad is very beautiful and suitable for your perfect instagram photos. Our room for three was very spacious, it had a double bed and two single beds. The breakfast was modest: a very buttery omelet, tortillas and juice.

There was a lack of cleanliness in some places. The bedroom was dirty under the bed, and there were cobwebs in one corner of the bathroom. The bed also smelled of dust.
