Roads and parking- extremely narrow roads to reach the property so if you have a big car will be quite tough to almost impossible.. also the entry to the parking is a quite small gate, not a problem if you have a small city car. - not the owners mistake, just want you to know! Note: This was made very clear by the owner in the initial communication, which is very nice of them.

We stayed at masion ro apartments for 4 nights and it was nothing short of amazing. Angelica was amazing at communicating with us even before arrival letting us avail of self check in as we arrived late at night, gave us plenty of information (leaflets, bus timetables ect.., a tour of the kitchen (may I add it had its own coffee and tea corner and you could keep food in the fridge) and letting us self check out as we left early in the morning and following up to make sure we were ok with our departure. The breakfast was included in our stay however, we only used the coffee and tea facilities as we are not breakfast eaters. The room gets a 10/10 for cleanliness and the staff always had our room stocked with fresh towels, toilet paper, clean bed sheets and emptied the room bins everyday. Our room was spacious with a comfy double bed, vanity, and a lovely lounging couch. The room included air conditioning and a safe for personal belongings. Spare pillows and blankets were also available in the room to meet our comfort needs. The bathroom was spacious as well and very clean. Our room had a balcony with a table and set of chairs overlooking the local church, bay and surrounding buildings. Our location I felt was good as it’s not as crowded with tourists but only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which then took 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get us into Sorrento town. The bus cost €2 pp per way which was more affordable than a taxi. I would definitely recommend maison ro to anyone thinking of visiting Sorrento as it’s more affordable and peaceful than staying in the town.

The only thing I wish there was is a full length mirror so I could see my outfits. There was one in the hall but one in the bedroom when getting ready would be ideal.

Balcony overlooking the sunset! Super clean and kitchen was fantastic. We loved the espresso machine every morning! Angelica is the manager and has the kindest heart. We appreciated all her help and she gave great recommendations for food and things to do. Big balcony in the common area. Area felt very very safe and we felt safe in all of Meta. I would highly recommend booking here to get away from the busy cities and have great beach access. 20 min walk for Gymmy (a gym we found and really liked).

Bit of a bumpy 20 min walk from the train station which was challenging but worth it for the great service and stay we had.

If you want to visit Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano by car, Meta is a perfect spot to stay. Maison Ro' is a decent family business hotel converted from an old villa flat. Everyone including the staff was friendly and very helpful. Meta town center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot and Sorrento is 15 minutes by car. Amalfi and Positano are 1-2 hour drives.

In case you are sensitive to sounds, you need know that there is a church nearby, which rings its bells every 15 minutes or so even after midnight. This is not the property's fault and didn't effect my sleep. The one thing I find ridiculous is the safe, which wasn't attached to the wall. It is a small safe and someone can easily took it and go. So what's the point? :)

Estaba a 5 min de la playa. El lugar queda en una hermosa casa antigua refaccionada. Muy limpio, instalaciones nuevas , aire acondicionado no era ruidoso y está la opción de que hagan el aseo todos los días. La cocina común bien equipada y siempre muy limpia, y en el refrigerador cada habitación tiene su compartimento. No incluye desayuno pero sí café a libre disposición de muy buena calidad (Al final es mejor que no incluya desayuno porque puedes comprar una cuadra mas arriba en el supermercado lo que uno quiera y hacer un desayuno por muy buen precio y a gusto de cada uno) Compartimos con otr@s viajer@s super amables lo que hace de la casa un lugar muy auténtico . Shaan y Angélica muy hospitalarios, siempre atentos por si necesitábamos algo. Muchas gracias por su buena disposición. Tuvimos unas hermosas vacaciones.

Miejsce o idealnym położeniu w przepięknym klimatycznym miasteczku. W obiekcie spokojnie, cicho, czysto. Przestronne miejsce do posiłków, kawa i herbata dostępna przez cały czas. Wygodny taras do dyspozycji. Uroczo. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką, którą serdecznie pozdrawiamy.

Wszystko nam się podobało.
