Maison Ro'

Le B&B est spacieux et bien décoré. La chambre (jaune) est très bien même si un peu plus petite & la vue mer un peu moins présente que j'avais imaginé en voyant les photos. La propreté était impeccable. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous a bien conseillé sur les transports. Merci ! Un arrêt de bus (ligne 008 Sorrento - gare de Meta - plage de Meta) est à 5min à pied. Restaurants à moins de 5min à pied.

Logement peut être plus adapté aux personnes disposant d'un véhicule car Meta est un peu excentré (3 arrêts en train ou une demi heure en bus depuis Sorrento). Il y a des bus directs pour Amalfi et Positano mais souvent pleins. Mieux vaut partir depuis Sorrento pour avoir de la place. Le trajet à pied entre la gare et le logement est un peu long avec des bagages. Je conseille de prendre le bus mais pas évident de savoir où est l'arrêt quand on arrive pour la première fois à Meta. Attention pas de taxis dans la commune. Petit bémol pour le logement sur l'insonorisation. On entend beaucoup la douche des voisins et les discussions dans les parties communes.

Friendly staff! Very clean rooms. Good location. Comfy bed and very well maintained spot.

A little loud in the morning. They have a cleaning crew come through and people can be loud in the kitchen. I am a light sleeper so that was a little bothersome.

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, in una posizione davvero ottima. Il personale è sempre gentile, sorridente e molto ospitale. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

La posizione era ottima, mare accessibile a pochi minuti a piedi e la gestione è stata gentile e puntuale

Angelica was an amazing host. The room was very clean. Shared kitchen was very well equipped and there was a little 'coffee' corner for use each morning. Meta is quiet and free from too many tourists which was nice for us. There's a few good restaurants, markets, pasticceria and a pharmacy close by. Walk to beach is 5 minutes tops. Bus or train to Sorrento if you want more shops, restaurants (and tourists!!!).

Try to avoid renting a large car as the streets in Meta can get really narrow. We had a small-ish SUV (MG ZS) and we had to use a different route to get to Maison Ro' as the first route got too narrow and we had to reverse back down the street. A small car (Ford Fiesta, for example) would be fine.
