Amazing location, great family, superb value. Very traditional home. Can't complain.

The AC has a hard time keeping up with the Balinese heat.

The location is great, the staff are polite, and the courtyard is beautiful with a wonderful view of the yard and a tree full of stunning herons. The price is low, and the motorbike rental is reasonably priced.

However, the air conditioner worked very poorly, there was no cleaning during the whole week of my stay, and even the initial cleaning wasn’t done properly. They also never took out the trash.

They are lovely and the location is perfect, center of Ubud, loved it. Also good breakfast

What an amazing stay! The family made us feel so welcome and even made us breakfast (included in the stay) every morning which was delicious. You really feel part of the Balinese culture staying here. Would definitely stay again. We even got a ride to the port in his car!

This was the most comfortable bed we have had in Bali! The breakfast was just what we needed, a toastie, tropical fruit and coffee. The room was huge, and included a bath tub.

This is a more traditional style homestay, which we love. But it does have some plasture coming off the walls, but it’s very clean!

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was just what we needed. The location is perfect for going to the main attractions in Ubud.

Communication wasn’t brilliant. There was none to meet us when we arrived and no response through messaging through booking.com. You have to message through the phone number provided. A great improvement would have been a note in the room informing where and when breakfast is (7am -9am), when checkout is and what the WiFi password is.

The property itself was ok, with plenty of potential, (But) We were very disappointed with this accommodation, no room service, no drinking water no hot water jug, no Fridge, no soap, no hot water in sink, smelly toilet, bath not suitable for senior persons, very slippery no hand rails.very primitive Breakfast area, (hot water in Thermo standing on table all day ) with yukky condiments, table top grubby, no TV. No clean sheets, no clean towels for the 6 days that we stayed there.

This property in its location is excellent, (But ) not a good experience to stay there, untidy surroundings in yard, although breakfast was offered unable to eat, due to hygiene conditions (A Plus a very friendly owner.) who unfortunately doesn’t make the most of his assets, (Plus we are very disappointed with (Booking. Com)to list such a property. With such low values.
