Pica Sedana Homestay

This place is right downtown on monkey road, which has everything you need… convenience stores across the street, massage places, plenty of bars and restaurants… everything is close by in ubud anyway. The place was comfortable enough because the price is so adorable. You kinda get what you pay for. Anyway, the only problem is that there’s no service sometimes because it’s a family run business. Sometimes dad is out and about and you just get the daughter or wife who can’t do much for you. Don’t expect too much but price to quality ratio is unmatched.

Hardly any service

Well, location is center of the market and near to palace.

Mosquitoes and not well maintained. At night electricity cut and room was like sauna. I feel like the place wasn’t actually receiving guests, more like side business. Breakfast was way simpler than usual hotel in Ubud.

Large room in the center of Ubud, good big bed with mosquito net, clean, quiet

Lots of mosquitos (probably a general problem on Ubud). WiFi is unreliable. Breakfast is very basic (fruits+toast). No toiletries. If I had to book again, I would pay a bit more for a room with AC.

Firstly, the accommodation is located in the center of Ubud, it is convenient to get to beautiful places, waterfalls, order food and much more. Secondly, I would like to say thank you for the very tasty breakfasts and drinks. Thirdly, I would like to separately note the kindness and friendliness of the hosts. Fourthly, there is a wonderful spa nearby. I can confidently recommend this wonderful place to other tourists. So, I would like to give the maximum rating!

Nice place to stay in Ubud. Good value for your money. Good breakfast. Very friendly owners.

Location was good and the room size was nice

Took us 30 minutes to check in as there was no staff anywhere and the neighbours couldn’t find them, there’s no air con so it’s too hot to relax in the room there was a small fan though, hard to find any staff only through WhatsApp, it says free breakfast but we were not offered this.
