DLobong Suites Ubud with Bathtub and Garden View

Great little place. Only 4 rooms and outside of busy Ubud so it's perfect. Breakfast every morning, your choice, made to order whenever you're up and ready for it. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the bed was huge and comfortable. We really loved our stay here.

I love the property having a small rice terrace/Jungle type view and it was very quiet and peaceful at night. The staff is very friendly

There are no amenities available for you to use in your room like a coffee pot, iron or hair dryer, the staff leaves at night so you don’t have 24/7 help during your stay. I’m not sure, but they don’t no clean your room daily even after I asked for the room to be cleaned and extra towels, it never happened I only received the towels. The rooms had a very strong mold and mildew smell as well

The location of suite is simply mesmerising. The view from the room is very beautiful. The staff, Wayan and Agung are very welcoming and helpful. You get a bike on rent, right from the hotel. There is a good resturant serving traditional Balinese food, 2mins away from the hotel. Enough Laundry options 3-5 mins away from the suite. All amenities like hot water from shower, tub, AC, etc. are present and in good condition. You may choose to have breakfast in the suite or from the resturant across the street, or drive down to the Ubud market.

Because of rice fields around the guesthouse, you may find bugs in your bathroom, especially if you stay on the ground floor. The staff spray anti-bugs spray, but if it's raining outside then you may find a couple of bugs, like centipede and lizards in your bathroom. Never found them in my bedroom though. One tip: check under the rug in the bathroom for any bugs, or behind the tub, they usually like to hide there comfortably. Also, keep your room neat and clean, leaving no space for bugs to hide. You shall do fine. Keep the AC on so that there is no moisture in the room; moisture attracts bugs. The staff is very helpful, so ask them to spray anti-bugs spray every day.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was nice!

- There was an open window in the bathroom that was just next to the reception area, that really felt like they could watch and hear you from outside, when taking a bath or when you sat on the toilet. - Locationwise there's almost nothing there, you really need a bike to get around. It would be nice to have a seating area outside, now it's only your room and there's nothing else to do, which feels a bit weird. - A few seats on the grass area would also be nice. - There was a lot of construction noise outside, there building almost everywhere around the hotel...

This is a beautiful place. We thought we found a safe haven until the manager canceled the other half of our stay because they double booked. That was very unpleasant since we made all our plans according to that. Things happen, but when it is the mistake of the property, we didn't expect them to also charge us heftily to at least store our luggage (under the facility stairs nonetheless) for a couple of days until we could move them to another accommodation. Just the customer service aspect left a bitter taste in an otherwise very beautiful place. The rest of the staff was lovely at least.

I loved the lovely sounds of birds in the morning. My bed was always done with fresh flowers. The staff is very welcoming and nice! Highly recommend it!
