*The hosts were incredible ❤️🙏 Very kind and accommodating. Very nice family and I felt one of them * The location is super good * Delicious breakfast * I loved that the room had a comfortable desk to work on, spacious and comfortable beds * The beautiful outdoors (bring mosquito repellent to enjoy it tho)

* Some facilities need an upgrade, like adding mosquito nets to the bathroom windows (because of the greens, there is a lot of strong mosquitos), the WIFI was a bit so-so if you have meetings

Dewa and his family were so accommodating and such lovely people. The breakfast was very nice and timings were flexible for it. The room was nice, clean and spacious!

It was slightly hard to communicate with staff as the number they gave us did not have WhatsApp and my SIM card only allowed for data not texts. But when seeing them in person it was fine :)

location at its best, walkable distance to ubud main street. very clean rooms and beautiful hosts!

the host are so sweet and friendly, the place is like a hotel, with a home like welcoming. the location is perfect for morning walk along the Campuhan since it’s literally in-front of it.

Owner did not allow us to check-in because the ceiling in the bathroom fell to the floor. Did not refund the prepayment and stopped communication. I've been at the property and there were hoards of mosquitoes even in the middle of the day.
