Great location and the staff were very friendly.

The property does need some TLC and attention. The towels also weren't very clean. We stayed for 5 nights and our room didn't get cleaned once

If you want to be literally in the middle of Ubud, this is the place to stay on a budget, because despite the hustle and bustle of it's geography, when you're at the property, it is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The room was very well insulated from the heat. It stayed cool throughout the day and I didn't always need the a/c. Just the fan. It was lovely to come back to the room after being out to a full thermos of water to make a coffee or tea on the lovely balcony. Bedside tables, lamps and power points were appreciated, as well as wardrobe, shelving and a desk.

The toilet lid was broken and the bathroom had a tired and not so spotless feel. The mosquito nets were musty and pointless as they couldn't envelop the bed. Fortunately they weren't needed with the fan and a/c.

We have been there several times and we have always been satisfied. Excellent staff and a relaxed atmosphere.

Wonderful guest house with basic facilities. I took a room here for a month to cowork from Bali. The room had a desk and on trust provided me with a computer chair. Internet was great in tbt AM when I needed it, a little patchy in the PM.

The room was comfortable, the mosquito nets were a bonus. The family are very friendly and would do anything that you would ask. Very close to Ubud town & the hustle & bustle. A great place for a few nights stay.

I asked for a downstairs room, due to not being able to negotiate the stairs very well. I spent most of my time in my room due to being unwell. The room was very dark, I had the lights on constantly. I didn't use the pool, but the buildings around the pool were not picturesque. To get into the property you have to be dropped off down the road, due to no cars being allowed to drive up the very small road, to get into the property there are very steep steps going down, i almost fell over negotiating these steps with my luggage.
