It was clean, comfortable n although not staffed they were always in touch to ask if u needed anything from fresh towels to teabags, better than some 4star hotels, had a lovley comfortable stay, x

Far enough out from the city and close to exit route away from York. Local conveniences and great pub ((The Plough) The property was really good and comfortable. Thank you Tony

The location was excellent for where I needed to be. The communication with Tony was precise, quick, and in obtrusive. The room was large with the right amount of furniture so that it remained spacious. The room was well provisioned (iron and ironing board, great towels, extra bedding, etc) and the Yorkshire Tea was the cherry on the top. Great venue for a staycation. Free parking is also a bonus. Really quiet location too.

I have nothing for this category as there was even extra tea in the foyer if you'd used your room allocation.

Walkable , parking was easy. Clean and ready for a stay

Location great for the racecourse but not many amenities nearby

Due to the roads it was quicker to walk than drive to the racecourse course

Location was fine.

Kettle under the TV, so I moved it.
