excellent location, 30 meters from the center of Aosta. the hostess Flavia was very helpful and friendly with a lot of knowledge of the area. breakfast was fine if not very opulent. .

the spiral staircase to the rooms is not convenient and very narrow. our room was in the first floor, almost at street level and a beat noisy, but the nights were quiet parking is at the streets nearby because the b&b is on ZTL, you have to carry your bags on foot a 150 meters .

Fantastic place. We were on the third floor with a balcony and view of the mountains. Beautiful!

Floors are a bit cold. Lighting in the bath could be better—perhaps the shower light was out?

Flavia was amazing. What a godsend - she made our stay with all her local knowledge and recommendations . She could not have been nicer and she put out a nice breakfast to boot!

The bed is so comfortable, the facilities are clean, the shower is the best one I've had in any booking.com stay. Flavia (host) is extremely communicative and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall a wonderful stay.

Nothing, It was perfect!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable and good quality. Appreciated having the extra space of the living room. Bathroom facilities good. Breakfast was good. Location unbeatable. Hostess excellent.

Quality of the bathroom towels was not at the same standard as the bedding.

Hotel is located in an old building that has been sympathetically restored and decorated. Accommodation was spacious and very clean. Local food provided by the host, Flavia, was proudly championed. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking accommodation in Aosta

The breakfast was very good with changes every morning. Although the location is in an area restricted to transportation, but there is a large free parking lot nearby (500 meters) so there was no parking and accessibility problems. The apartment contained two reasonably sized rooms and large bathrooms.

No air-conditioning problematic when hot. Parking on street may be challenging.
