O Quarto muito bonito

great location near cathedral.

Contact with Staff was difficult and hard. Returned to room after Braga Romana festival 200 meters away. Door code no longer worked. Couldn’t get in. After 90 minutes, gave up and booked room in different hotel. Staff didn’t apologize, only offered our room tarrif back, but nothing towards more expensive hotel we were forced to rent. Very bad!!Awful due to getting locked out.

O quarto aparentava estar limpo, mas não era tao limpo, tinha cortinas sujas, paredes sujas, cobertor com fios de cabelo e tapete sujo.

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable and there was a washer and a dryer.

My room was so dark and musty. It had a really bad smell. The blind on the window was broken so I couldn’t let any daylight in. The window would only open inwards and it was very dirty with bird poo. Could’ve been cleaner aswell, I would sneeze and cough a lot in the bed as it was dusty. My room was next to the bathroom and it was very loud when other guests would use it. The shared bathroom was not at all clean. There were stains in the toilet and human waste stains in the shower. The bathroom was very humid, so also had a bad smell. Even after the cleaner came they didn’t replace the dirty bath mat the whole time I stayed there, and the floor was still dirty with hairs. The front door lock broke also.

Оказалось сложно заселиться. Была прислана инструкция, по которой не удалось попасть в подъезд. Пришлось звонить в 10 часов вечера работникам и выяснять.

De locatie midden in het oude centrum . Kook gelegenheid.

Het voordeur slot. Dit slot werkt met een cijfer code die weigerde regelmatig waardoor je niet naar binnen kon . Gelukkig na een telefoontje was dat opgelost en kon ik voortaan altijd naar binnen met een sleutel wanneer het slot weer eens weigerde.

De ramen waren wel van dubbelglas, maar de kieren zaten er tussen en beneden zijn bar die dat tot wel vier uur ‘s nachts doorgaan

Veel te sober te weinig faciliteiten op de kamer slecht bed en brom geluid. Elk kwartier maar vijf tv zenders waarvan alleen maar Portugees gezamenlijke ruimte wel een goede tv maar geen handleiding voor de afstandsbediening. Geen koffiezetapparaat te weinig stopcontacten ga zomaar door.
