1.二樓是公用空間（客廳、廚房），三樓、四樓是房間，每一間房間都是雅房，每層樓共用一間浴室。 2.房間蠻大的，也算乾淨。 3.水溫蠻熱的，熱水也來得很快，提供沐浴乳/洗髮乳。 4.距離老城區的主要景點很近，用步行的方式都可以抵達。 5.因為房東沒有住在那裡，如果需要提前寄放行李，請記得提前聯繫房東詢問是否可行。

1.你必須自行搬行李上樓，至少要搬到3樓（房間在3-4樓）。 2.客廳空間很寬敞，但是沒有冷氣/暖氣的遙控器，待在那裡真的很冷，在天冷時並無法舒服的使用客廳空間。 3.房間裡的暖氣並不強，需要開好一陣子才會有一點溫暖。 4.廚房有基本的料理工具和餐具，但不太乾淨。 5.有洗衣機，但沒有洗衣劑（建議自備），本來屋主承諾會幫我送來洗衣劑，但住了兩晚直到退房都沒有送來。 6.入住時只有我一位房客，但是廚房和廁所的垃圾都未清空，清潔管理尚待改善。
