"Atrocious!"

Shocking! Booked a double room for 2 nights weeks in advance only to be told a double wasn't available. Staff asked me to cancel the double & rebook a single. After booking it, I was told I would have to wait for a cancellation for the 2nd night. Woke up at 7am next morning, booked a different hotel & noped the heck outta there!!

Pffft where to start. Pretty much all of it!!

Smell weed as soon as you walk in front door. Furniture looks like it was from the tip. Window didn't shut. Latch broken. Bed uncomfortable. Room was cold. Shower dial too high. Good job husband could just reach. Shower door didn't close. No heating in bathroom. Carpet worn out. Not as depicted in photo's!.

"my stay was generally good, i could walk to the city centre but also it has a number of bus routes"

room size was good, room was clean, and so was the linen great location close to amenities

despite having a no smoke policy in the rooms, i could still smell tobacco

"Just awful!!!"

Absolutely nothing

It was dirty, had mould in bathroom, broken furniture, cigarette burn in duvet, that’s just naming a few things. My husband and I refused to stay there

They have accommodated for me having spinal arthritis and I'm downstairs and on an orthopedic mattress so that's super! Get to know the place and hosts it kind of becomes like a second home lol x
