Absolutely nothing.

Filthy, dirty & smelly room. I checked out at 7 in the morning, as I just couldn't wait to leave. There was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the building and the room. I slept in my clothes, on top of the bed, as my thoughts turned to bed bugs, in such an establishment. Never again!

The owner was very helpful and kind checking that everything was ok. It was of a simple standard and good value. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

How close it was to city centre

It was dirty ,bed bugs, the whole experience was horrid.. First nm ight I was bitten all over by bed bugs, we wereoved to another room which was better but better rest assured the pictures you are seeing do NOT LOOK LIKE ANY of the rooms.we did stay longer than expected but to be honest it was because all we could afford. A day later we we were moved to another room in which never had ensuite but we did get a reduction of £5 because of it. In the room the sink was hanging off wall, the carpet was filthy I could not walk are foot as the dirt was thinking and senty feet black. There was damp on walls and even cc arpet was damp as well. When I told the landlord he tolde no it was not . I did give them cleaning tips but at no point did to hey take this on board. We were only allowed to use the kitchen area also until 9 and it was locked off. The communal toilet pipes were broken and raw sewage was exposed ,. When I asked for another room due to the damp we were told that after the weekend we could as they had no room amdi know for sure no one on booking.com would accept it . When I insisted we moved the last day they said that we have to leave as there was no more room for the days that we want to so we were unable to have one of the rooms upstairs I believe this was all planned and as at first we put the room tutors not having that much money he took advantage of this. Best place needs to be seen by environmental health authority as really this place should be condemned and is not fit for human stay. I caught one of the workmen that I had been cleaning and fixing the toilet one afternoon cleaning their bare foot in the kitchen sink when I told the landlord about this he says that this was okay as he was doing this to pray that actual kitchen sink this is the same thing that they do not use and only use for the residence or guests thou staying.
