Didn't look anything like the pictures online No hot water in my room Sink was rusty Wires for the tv covered in tape major hazard Needs a good make over

Nice staff, value for money, sometimes some extra touch from the receptionist

Shabby bathroom, extremely noisy guests during the weekend

The location near Lipa Noi Beach was exceptional, especially in the evening. The sunset is something you cannot miss whilst staying here. The area is local and residential, and I felt I got a genuine taste of living whilst staying here. I felt very welcome, and it was amazing to be surrounded by the natural beauty of the location. It was a great experience. Thank you to everyone whom I crossed paths with! <3

The location

This was a business booking I made for three of my colleagues. In the lead up to the stay I struggled to speak with the owner who spoke broken English and didn't understand that I needed a VAT receipt. I contacted him several times via Booking.com and phone call. The property itself is in a questionable area of Derby that felt very unsafe due to the people loitering around (both outside and in the communal areas inside). My colleagues then discovered the front door doesn't close properly, the two booked rooms were also not at all like the pictures and I have photos that show dirty bedding, dust on all the surfaces, windows that don't close properly, and what appears to be excrement on the walls. The bathrooms were also too dirty to be usable with disgusting toilet brushes and dirt on surfaces. I booked for my colleagues to stay from Wed 14th May to Mon 19th May but they couldn't event stay one night and checked out same day. The owner owes us a refund for the early check out and is now ignoring me by phonecall, text, WhatsApp and email. This property is severely NOT as described and they should be closed down as it's very unsafe.
