The smell of the property, the cleanliness was appalling. Almost disgusting facility’s. Shower and toilet is horrendous and there is better facilities in a prison

it was cheap, and when the guy who showed me the room smelt it, he gave me some air freshener and £5 off the price

Upon arrival I was told I was being upgraded to a double room and was shown to a room by the front door right by a busy road, so I said I was fine with the single room, but when I was shown to the room, I was told I could use the leaking sink and it smelt badly of damp, it was cold, also there was a boiler in that must have been for the whole property as it started up noisily at 4am. On a minor point, there was nowhere in the shower room to hang clothes, no where in the toilet to hang a towel, and in the room, the only place to hang a coat, was a screw in the back of the door, it was allover very shabby. You get what you pay for, but really, it was beyond basic.
