"Stay away from this dirty hotel"

The property was very dirty no soap or any toiletries apart from one toilet roll. The room did smell as there was no door to the bathroom. Would not be staying there again. Absolutely rip off

The property had a reception. However, no one was managing it on arrival. We had to buzz multiple times for someone to help us.

The smell of cigarettes and cannabis, despite it being a non-smoking establishment. Poor cleanliness. For example, mould on the ceilings, stains on the shower curtains, dirty bed sheets. The doors to both rooms did not close properly, let alone lock. Me and my friends would have not felt comfortable staying there overnight so decided to get a refund within the first 20 minutes of being there.
