"Heerlijke homestay met een supervriendelijke gastheer"

Locatie, rustig gelegen, ruime badkamer met een heerlijke douche, uitermate vriendelijke gastheer die op verzoek een heerlijk ontbijt serveerde...

Het bed was voor ons iets te smal. Desalniettemin hebben we een uitstekend verblijf genoten...

Beautiful room and AMAZING breakfasts. Jaye and his family were superb hosts , friendly and welcoming.

Struggled to find at 1st a sign further up road at junction would help.

Clean and tidy

Hand rails to the external balcony was too low. This could be danger to any person. Steep slopes to walk to the room.

We had a wonderful and very pleasant stay at Jaye's Homestay. Jaye gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the room, explaining everything. The room is well-maintained and clean, as is the bathroom, where the shower—rare in Sri Lanka—is a spacious, separate cubicle. The view from the balcony is fantastic, offering a beautiful panorama of the city and the Big Buddha. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and plentiful. Jaye was very attentive to our individual requests for the following day. He was always ready to help and fulfilled every wish. The city center is easily reachable on foot, but due to the rather steep incline, we ordered for a tuk-tuk. We had a wonderful time with Jaye, enjoyed our conversations, and received helpful tips and information. Thank you so much for the lovely days and the pleasant stay.

Schönes Homestay über Kandy. Ruhig und im Grünen! Nicht so weit vom Centrum! Jay super Gastgeber der uns sehr gut unterhalten hat. Lokales Frühstück reichlich und richtig gut. Zimmer mit Bergblick sehr zu empfehlen.Schoener Balkon um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Eigentlich nix. Ab und an weht Rauch von Nachbarn rüber. Auch Hunde hat man gehört . Ist aber normal in Sri Lanka!
