Unica nota positiva la vista.

Molto rumorosa, arredamento vecchio e scadente. 2 Televisori entrambi non funzionanti. All' arrivo ambiente malsano, aria chiusa e viziata senza che fosse stata nemmeno aperta una finestra per arieggiare un po'. Servizio davvero deludente, abbiamo atteso fuori dalla porta per oltre un' ora con due bambini stanchi e affamati senza che al telefono o ai messaggi rispondesse nessuno quando l'orario di arrivo era stato precedentemente comunicato. Sicuramente nulla a che vedere con una suite (come viene citato nel nome)

Staff molto disponibile, posizione centrale, colazione adeguata

Struttura da ammodernare, servirebbe una pulizia più profonda. Se si tengono le finestre aperte di notte si sente musica fino a tardi e al mattino pulizia strade.

The location was amazing, directly on the oval square with a beautiful view onto it. Lots of free stuff included for breakfast. Very good value for money.

The property had a few maintenance issues.

"Una finestra sulla piazza dell'anfiteatro"

posizione impagabile, l'affaccio sull'anfiteatro è un plus enorme. parcheggio gratuito fuori delle mura a circa 10 minuti a piedi. info del proprietario molto dettagliate e utili. bottiglia di vino offerta e cantucci, molto graditi. utilissimo il doppio lavandino in bagno.

Everything! What a surprise when we arrived. What a location and view of the anfiteatro square. The breakfast supplies were fantastic with the frig filled with goodies and fresh fruit. Thank you for the bottle of wine and glasses set up to welcome us go sit relax and enjoy the view. The apartment was huge, clean, well stocked and comfortable. We kept discovering little surprises.

Would have liked an umbrella, otherwise perfect.

"Perfect 3 night getaway for couples!"

The location was perfect, we didn't actually realise it was as central to Lucca as it was. The piazza was vibrant and busy with the flower market which we loved for sitting at the balcony morning and early evening! The bed was comfy and we had all we needed for our short stay

There was no kettle to make a cup of tea - only coffee equipment. Fresh pastries for the first morning would have been a nice touch, the packet pastries we didn't use
