There is no staff and the instructions for getting in were not clear at all. It's basically an Airbnb type place, up a loooong flight of stairs and no elevator. Fantastic location, though.

De ligging is fantastisch. Midden in het centrum. Je kijkt uit over de piazza. Uitstekend en heel groot bed. Je voelt je zeer welkom, vriendelijke en behulpzame ontvangst. Flesje wijn met 2 glazen staat klaar! Goed gevulde koelkast, fruit, en etenswaar voor t ontbijt. Parkeren kun je het best buiten de muren. Dat is gratis. 10 minuten lopen. De verhuurder regelt een ontheffing voor de ZLT zodat je vrijwel voor de deur je bagage kunt uitladen en daarna je auto buiten de muren kunt parkeren.

De keukenuitrusting is wat karig. Er is geen snijplank, geen broodmes geen klein schilmesje. Er is geen waterkoker. In de badkamer hangt een putlucht. Wanneer je -zeker na doorspoelen van de wc- alle kranen even open zet is de putlucht een stuk minder.

The apartment is very spacious and in a perfect location. It gives a nice views through the windows. Host is very hospitable and friendly.

Communication wasn't great, I wrote a couple of messages, but got no answer when needed. The cleanliness could be improved (talking about the kitchen cabinets mainly), the trash from previous guests was left.

Swietny apartament, cudownie położony, widok genialny, bardzo czysty. Stylowo wyposażony, zlew z epoki. Czekała na nas niespodzianka w postaci butelki wina oraz śniadania przynajmniej na 2 dni na dwie osoby, mimo że nie było tego w cenie. Personel bardzo miily, pomocny bardzo mozna zostawic bagaz a Loulu przecudna osoba. Baaardzo polecam💖💝❤️‍🩹

* They left breakfast for the 2 days we stayed there: fruit, pastries, bread, coffee and ham/cheese which was great! * Staff is lovely and timely, they gave us the room earlier than arranged. * Great location, very safe and close to everything

* [UNRELATED TO THE PROPERTY]: This is not related to the property but to the city in general, it's hard to get transportation if you're leaving early or late at night. You'll have to walk with suitcases.
