We have stayed here before and couldn’t wait to return. A beautiful and well equipped apartment overlooking wonderful Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. You can watch the world go by from above. Coffee and breakfast and wine kindly provided.

Die Lage des Apartments mit Blick auf die Piazza dell'Anfiteatro ist einfach unglaublich. Das Apartment selbst ist recht groß und sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet/eingerichtet. Das Bett ist super-bequem. Man hat die Möglichkeit, im Apartment zu frühstücken. Dazu gibt es eine Nespresso-Maschine und es werden Kapseln, Tee, Brötchen, Butter, Marmelade, Käse, Schinken, Säfte und Milch im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein aus eigener Produktion, die man gut mit Blick auf die Piazza genießen kann.

Nichts! Alles ist wunderbar und wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Alcuni dettagli, scala di accesso, cuscino scomodo e poco altro. Nonostante alcune cose da migliorare super consigliato.

The location is incredible. Overlook the main square in lucca. The room is a great size for a couple or family. The bed overlooks the square as well. The bathroom is a good size and has good water pressure. The kitchen has most things you would need. Very clean space. The staff was very friendly. A very nice bottle of wine upon arrival from the owners whose wine it was, very good wine. The fridge was stocked with water and some food for breakfast, which was great to not have to worry about upon arriving.

The AC unit wasn't able to cool the place down very well. The ceilings are very high, and the AC unit works well, just isn't large enough for the open room and high ceilings. Beyond that, it was perfect. Note it was in the 90s while I was in Florence, any other time of year I am sure this isn't the same issue. It is up some stairs, which might be an issue for some. My internet didn't work during the time I was there but the hosts were responsive and had to get the company to fix the issue.

Amazing location, stunning view, comfortable, warm welcome. so good we came back this here (after staying last year)
