Senmut Luxory Rooms

Everything was perfect The owner and his staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. The owner booked for me a tour to all the temples and tombs in The Valley of the Kings. It was wonderful. And then he organised for me the Hot Air Balloon in sunrise for the best price and it was amazing. I advice everyone to came here and enjoy the view from the Rooftop Terrace and the new swimming pool and the beautiful garden. For sure I had the best holiday. And for the women‘s travelling alone it is the safest place to stay.

This hotel is one above the rest. My mother and I only spent a day in Luxor, and expected to simply sleep, wake up and leave for the day, but never did I expect that the accommodation would somehow be the highlight of our time in Luxor. The host is one of the kindest people I've ever met. Upon arrival, he personally showed us around the whole property, enjoyed a wine on the rooftop at night with a gorgeous view of the Nile, and spoke about his life and what to expect in Luxor. The host is an archaeologist and Egyptologist so he is the one to talk to. He recommended some fantastic sights in the area and his input was invaluable. The rooms were just what we were after and were great for the price, especially just for a night. I would have no issue coming back again.

There is very little to complain about with the property. In the morning there was a nearby loud speaker which was quite loud, but wasnt too big of an issue as we are early risers. We could also only pay in cash, which isnt the end of the world but something to be aware of.

It was a fantastic 3 days,the best place in the west bank. Friendly welcome, the owner is the best people in the world. Traditional breakfast is the best in the city. The view from the rooftop is excellent, nile panorama. Good energie in his place. He does his best for the guests. Thank you very much, your friend

We enjoyed our stay at senmut. The owner and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice with a big balcony. It was very nice to chill out at the rooftop with an amazing view of the nile and Luxor east bank. Good breakfast.

The hotel is nice, good location except the moschee right next to it (very loud prayers). The pool and the rooms and also the roof terrace is very beautiful and it was nice. Rooms could be cleaner, but it was average egypt hygiene...

Allright, I'll try to reword this to make this text safe to read for snowflakes :-) Our problem with the hotel was the owner and their offspring. From the beginning we got very creepy vibes from them. Off course its all about the money. They have the "best deal" for every activity and they want you to book with them to get their share. But the way how they try to convince you is not cool at all. For example: they ask you where you are going ALL THE TIME. You can't leave the hotel without one of them asking you where you are going and what you are doing. Also they try to scare you with invented stories like there are just bad people on the street and its dangerous to go out. Do not fall for their lies! The streets are very safe and there are better and cheaper places to eat and do activities than them. So all in all, nice rooms but the manager really killed the vibe and i would never come again to this hotel...

The hospitality is beyond words. Sayed and Jasser and great hosts. They help with all you need. I was stomach sick and Jasser took care of me like family. The rooms might not be modern, but you have all you need and the location we found super nice. Out of the hassle from Luxor but it is also easy to get to the city. Sayed helps you to customize your stay and has great tips what to visit. Rooms are clean, breakfast is definitely with a view and you can order from the Menu truly home made meals.
