Comfortable stay in Shirley, Solihull - Room 3

Very clean and quite

Someone was cooking at 10pm with spicy food

Not clouded

I am sensitive for the noise and smell . I could protect my ears for noise but i could not for food smell

Quiet and clean

Very noisy late at night with someone using the washing machine at 11pm onwards People closing doors too loud in the middle of the night waking me up. Personally if I’m closing a door, I am conscious of good manners of doing so very carefully to avoid unnecessary noise.

Everything was clean,good place to stay

They were helpful and good with communication

Bed sheet had stains that looked like blood!! That’s very bad pls because you can’t be outing your place out for people to pay for and you give them stained bed sheets, that’s not good, use bedsheet without stains that is clean so the person feels comfortable not using stained bedsheets Also you can’t use washing machine, you can’t use cooker, only the room How I hate stains it really disgust me I find it so inhumane to have a listing with stains on bedsheets!!!
