A Casa das Margaridas

Margarida was very nice, showed me around, explained everything. She had a very good knowledge about the city ☺️ easy to communicate. Property had a clean shared bathroom and a nice clean kitchen equipped with everything needed. Room was nice and comfy. City centre and beach is 15-20 minutes on bus, 30 min walk. Close to airport as well.

Only thing is daytime the street may be noisy, but as in central location, this is normal.

We had a private door, the apartment was really nice, it had a terrace in the kitchen and a cool terrace in the rooftop as well. Our room was big and well put. Margarida was a great host, she recommended us great places to visit and explained how to move around Porto, we were grateful for that.

We could hear everything from the other rooms so i suppose other guests could hear everything from ours too

Our room was clean and big enough for two people, with a private bathroom. It was also great that we could use the kitchen and the living room too.

A nice location at one of the major historic avenues of the city, which could be easily reached by public transport - metro and buses. A cosy room in a large apartment and a shared living room with a terrace, providing a panoramic view to the city and keeping the authentic urban atmosphere of Porto. A comfortable bed and reliable internet. And a wonderful friendly host. A big 'thank you', Margarita, for all the logistical support and for telling the story and the key places of today's amazing Porto. Also a nice place to share with guests from all parts of Europe.

The entrance of the building was a bit difficult to discover due to the ongoing construction work on the new metro line.

The apartment is really nice, very clean and cozy. The check in was incredible. The lady explained me everything about the living space plus about main sights of the city. She offered me even the map with her indications. I liked the family attitude, I felt really cared there!

The location is a bit far from the old town if you like to walk (35 mins). But you can check it before you book so its a real minus, just a remark in my case

The owner is a sweetheart, very kind and helpful, she attended us very well. it is a bit far from the centre but Porto is a small city and with uber we were able to move around very well.

The shower needs attention it was malfunctioning and the pressure was low.

Very nice apartment, stylish, quite large with spacious common space, such as living room. Margarida was very nice and responsive host. She gave us a map and provided info on the main attractions of the city and transportation. The room was quite large with everything we needed.
