The garden is really nice, there are a lot of animals and nature nearby.

When we were there, there was no running water for 2 days straight - it came only in the evening. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers, both of them very poorly maintained. The light wasn't working 2 nights there so you had to shower in complete darkness (We asked about it and it changed after two days). From the upper bathroom you can see people on the toilet or in the shower in the lower one. There is almost no cover in the upper one so people can see you showering from the outside as there is only a very filthy cloth to "cover" the enternance. There is just bear pipe without a shower head. But it wouldn't be a problem if it worked when needed. The lack of hygiene was a very big problem for me, I don't mind simple life I even was in the middle of the jungle with very basic shower and toilet but it was still better than this. The beds are like an uneven concrete, haven't slept on anything worse. Most of the things there is an easy fix, but the owner doesn't care much. The food there is really overpriced, just go to the Old Town and you can get it there better and for a half price. And the owner is playing like best friend that he will get you everything for better price (for example renting a scooter) it is the same price like everywhere else in Koh Lanta and we got it with an empty tank.

Gorgeous little place tucked away on the south east coast of the island. I came here looking for some peace and quiet and it was everything I was looking for. At that price I would 200% recommend renting a little bungalow (a lovely change from hostels)! The old town is only a 10-15min walk away and a lovely, peaceful area to visit with everything you need -restaurants and shops, with much better prices than the east coast for the most part. The owners are delightful, super chatty and helpful. They helped me organize transportation to my next accomodation, their friend picked me up from the bungalow (which is appreciated as taxis in Lanta are crazy expensive!) and took me smoothly to Khao Sok for a great price. It's very basic but with everything you need, I had the best stay and would 100% recommend paying them a visit if you can! Thank you for everything!
