FRThe atmosphere of Easylife was excellent - an Eden of a place with a wonderful owner-manager (Man) and his wife Fa. Man grows and sells cannabis, plus many varieties of fruit that are cooked by his wife. There is a menagerie of cats, roosters and egg-laying hens, and a lonely widowed goose. Man gave me a joint as a I checked in. Easylife rents motor scooters for a very reasonable 250 baht per day. Old Lanta town is within walking distance if you don’t rent a bike.
My tent was cheap but very uncomfortable, even when I doubled over my thin mattress. (Most of the tents are raised on platforms above the ground, keeping them above stones and ants.)

THThis was theone of the best place i stayed at. The owner is super friendly and chill. The staff was super helpful with everything and were reaööy generous. It felt like i was part of their family. I will definantly go visit it again
CHIt's probably one of the last genuine hanger, hippy and alternative guesthouse. You can sleep in a bungalow or tent (super cheap) play guitar and other things, in the evening, socialise and smoke a joint with the Muslim owner "MAN" in the reception area. He grow his own, which is super soft and light. The garden is beautifully left wild with a natural pond fed by spring water where you can also havea bath. Fruits and medicinal plants everywhere. His wife and children are often in the neighbourhood and everything is very familiar and easy. Roller rental at place, Fah the wife cook delicious meals. I loved it.
The showers and toilets would be great to renovate.

ITThe owners were super nice, the place was clean and in the middle of the nature. A bit far from the “life” of the island, but with a scooter for us it was perfect.
USSuper commune hippy environment made with love. Bungalows are super cute and unique. Hammocks for everyone. Great common area.
Mosquitos Slightly outside of town, but they have new motor bikes to rent.
