Castor Bay Homestay

From arriving we were impressed with the guest suite. The welcome treats, cleanliness, facilities, sunny aspect, location ... the list goes on. Friendly, accommodating hosts made the whole process from booking through to checking out so easy. We highly recommend this homestay.

Everything was on point so nothing to add here.

We weren't expecting the breakfast, so it was a lovely surprise. Cereals, fresh fruit and milk. Beautiful location, very quiet. Fabulous decor, homely, and wonderful extra treats, a very special touch.

Well equipped and clean. Friendly and forthcoming hosts. Quiet residential area. Great bang for the buck.

The space is private and functional - with the breakfast area/kitchenette completely separate from the sleeping/living area. Also, it was very roomy and well furnished, and the air conditioning was appreciated in the hot weather.

Not a big problem but sound from the owner's area could be heard. Closing the door to the passage did reduce it substantially and overall, the noise was not loud or at unreasonable hours.

Stunning location in the North Shore, very peaceful and extremely comfortable bed.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and looked after me when I was dropped off in the wrong place by a Uber. They literally went the extra mile.
