Very old fashioned hotel in the good location.

民宿的小庭院很漂亮，頂樓吃早餐的地方視野很好可以遠眺Registan square，老闆人超好，我跟他說隔天一早要參加導覽沒辦法吃早餐，他就提前幫我打包了一大份讓我帶著吃，最後check out 後還有一點時間才要去搭火車但天氣太熱哪裡都不想去了，老闆就讓我躺在庭院的小涼亭一下午，老闆真的人非常好。

Cet hôtel est très bien placé il se trouve dans la ville qui est "cachée" aux touristes et à seulement 6 minutes à pieds de la fameuse Place du Rejistan Une fois entré, on découvre un patio enchanteur avec un immense arbre, des escaliers et des balcons enchevêtrés qui donnent beaucoup de charme à cette cour La chambre que j’ai eu était petite mais convenable La wifi fonctionnait très Obien (attention il y en a 2 : une très bonne et une autre moins bonne) La télé n’avait pas un bon débit, elle se coupait souvent Il y avait un réfrigérateur et une bouilloire Il y a de l’eau bien chaude et un bon débit dans la douche Concernant le petit déjeuner, il est correcte (mais pas "fantastique" comme beaucoup le disent…)

2 petits points négatifs : - il y avait une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre mais qui se dissipe vite - le propriétaire (qui est vraiment très gentil et serviable avec les clients) passe son temps à donner des ordres aux 2 enfants qui sont visiblement ses employés (ils ont 15/16 ans) Ces adolescents travaillent de 8h le matin à 20h le soir (ils balayent, passent la serpillière, font les lessives, étendent le linge, transportent des choses…) et c’est assez dérangeant Il pourrait au moins être un peu plus gentil avec eux….

Design of the rooms and location of the property

Our a/c was broken in our room, meaning we were awake all night due to the heat. Spoke to the owner in the morning to see if we could get it fixed/switch rooms. He was really aggressive about the situation and didnt believe us that it was broken. We were really taken back by this. Also, the breakfast is not fresh. We stayed for 4 nights and we were served the same vegetables each day (the ones left over from the previous day) and on the final day, the bread had mold on it - i understand it's a guest house and we aren't expecting 5 star but fresh bread and fruit/veg for breakfast feels essential

立地が最高。Registan SquareもShohi-Zinda Yodgorligiも徒歩圏内。オーナーがとても親切で居心地がいい。

Место, место и еще раз место! До площади Регистана 2 минуты шагом. Довольно тихая улочка. Завтрак шикарный. Хозяин участлив, входит в положение, помнит каждого и помогает во многом. Выбирали комнату, пока не нашли то, что подходит - тихую и уютную. В общем, чувствуешь себя как в семье)

Location is good, near the Registan Square. The breakfast is nice and you can see the mosque view from the rooftop. The host is kind and helpful. Water pressure for shower is super nice!!
