The biggest strength of this guesthouse is the value and location. It was one of the more affordable options we found in San Juan during spring break, while still being very walkable to both Condado and the Santurce nightlife area. There is also a large SuperMax grocery store nearby, which made it easy to stock up on water and snacks, plus a great brunch spot nearby called Playa Papaya Condado. The room itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom and lots of storage space. We also appreciated how efficient the communication system was. Everything was handled smoothly through messaging, including access codes, check-in instructions, and luggage storage. The ability to safely leave our luggage on-site before our cruise departure was especially helpful.

There is no elevator, and the building has narrow staircases, so carrying luggage up several floors can be challenging — especially for families, older travelers, or anyone with multiple large suitcases. The walls and hallways also allow quite a bit of noise from other guests, and during spring break we frequently heard people moving luggage and coming in and out late at night. While the location is convenient, walking toward Santurce requires passing through an underpass area that can feel a little sketchy at times, especially at night.

Es sin duda una excelente opcion de hospedaje moderno, la mejor ubicaccion, los accesos al hotel y los diferentes destinos estan muy cerca. condado es un barrio super recomendado con buenos restaurantes, supermercados, bares, farmacias, muy bonito para disfrutar caminando y poder disfrutar de toda la bahia con algunas opciones de playa. lo mejor de todo es que la placita de santurce esta demasiado cerca para ir a disfrutar todas las noches a penas a 5 minutos caminando y es muy seguro.

La habitacion tenia olor a humo de cigarro a pesar de que en la reglas de hospedaje dice que no se puede fumar
