"Alojamiento recomendable"

Ubicación muy buena. Muy cómodo. Muy buena la consignación de equipaje. El apartamento que nos tocó es en la planta baja. Muy cómodo para personas mayores o con dificultad para movilizarse.

Muy mala el agua de la ducha. O te quedas con agua caliente o el agua sale fría. No hay término medio.

Estacionamientos limitados con solo 3 espacios, la primera noche que llegamos no había espacio y tuvimos que estacionar en la calle donde luego fuimos multados

"Very Good"

Had an issue with my card through booking. They helped me resolve fairly quick. You can walk to La Placita. Old San Juan 10-16 drive. I booked with Terrance and got the entire top balcony to myself.

Water pressure was low. Took awhile for it to heat up and only supplied us with enough washcloths for 2 days when we stayed for 5

Parking is very hard to find, so it makes it difficult to park ur vehicle, and no hot eater to shower

"Very comfortable and clean"

We very much like the full kitchen. It makes it easy to prepare, especially, breakfast. We usually eat at local restaurants for dinner but prefer to eat breakfast in our room. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't expect the stairs but made due. There was a little parking under the carport and some on the street but all in all parking wasn't a problem. Complex is very quiet except for the roosters in the am.

The stairs. Our room was on the 4th floor. We got an additional charge of $57 but no explanation of why. I would ddefinitely stay here again.

The apartment was pretty big and very comfortable. The location was great,10 minutes leisurely walk to the beach and 5 minutes to a very large supermarket..

Didn't have hot water for a couple days, but we managed, the weather was fairly warm.

Muy buena ubicacion y limpieza. Habitacion de buen tamaño. A menos de 19 minutos de la playa de Condado y la Placita de Santurce
