Estrela Guesthouse

Always staying at Estrela guesthouse whenever I’m in Lisbon. Great location, very comfortable rooms and I really like to have a possibility to leave my luggage in the locker after the check-out time

Clean and comfortable!! I had the best time staying here and I loved how safe I felt. The staff were super accomodating and Anna was very responsive, kind and welcoming. I liked that all the needed facilities were available, bathrooms were super clean and the bed was comfy also :)

I didn’t have any issues because I am a deep sleeper, but if you are sensitive to noise be prepared for the echoing of the doors opening/closing. Personally I was able to sleep really well and I would recommend this place to anybody staying in Lisbon :))) To me it was perfect!!

L'emplacement est excellent. Très propre. Très bonne organisation pour l'accès au logement.

Cependant, la chambre est petite et pas du tout lumineuse. En effet, la fenêtre donne sur une cour exiguë qui ne laisse pas entrer la lumière naturelle. J'ai dû allumer la lumière électrique et ce n'est pas écologique. La salle de bain est séparée de la chambre et commune avec les autres chambres. Je n'ai pas vu ce détail important dans la description sur booking. Ce n'était peut-être pas assez visible. L'eau de la douche était froide pendant 3 jours. Problème signalé mais non résolu. J'ai pourtant laissé couler longtemps, 15 minutes, mais pas d'eau chaude. Une fuite d'eau dans la cuvette des toilettes faisait un bruit continuel. Ce n'est pas écologique. Beaucoup d'eau gaspillée. Et enfin, le lit n'était pas confortable, matelas trop mou et la structure du lit en bois grinçait à chaque mouvement. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. Logement trop cher pour ces prestations. C'est dommage et c'est la première fois depuis plus de 20 ans que j'utilise booking que je suis déçue à ce point là et dans ma ville préférée ! J'espère que le propriétaire va arranger tout cela pour les voyageurs suivants.

I loved the huge number of pillows on the bed! So comfy! I also really liked the balcony-a nice calm place to sit, and the location of the guest house was also really good… the cleaning lady was very friendly. Kitchen facilities were good. I I thought it was helpful that there are lockers giving the option to leave bags before or after check in

Shared bathrooms were also fine-no issues, just don’t understand why people do not take more care with shared spaces. But anyway in spot spite of other reviews mentioning noise issues I was not bothered at all even though my room was next to the front door and I heard people I slept very well!

La posizione buona, non esternamente centrale ma sufficiente da poter andare in centro agevolmente con lo storico 28, ad esempio. Molto pulita, puliscono tutti i giorni. Un terrazzo, se si e in compagnia e bello sfruttarlo. Letto molto comodo, ho dormito da dio.

Casa un poco vetusta da aggiornare, pavimento che scricchiola si sentono i rumori da sotto, sopra e di lato. Mi aspettavo qualcosina di meglio per la spesa. In bagno i prodotti sono di scarsa qualità, tant'è che ho usato i miei.
