Wir waren sehr zufrieden und uns wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir konnten sogar das Gepäck am Tag unserer Abreise dort lassen und später holen.

Friendly neighbours

Misleading listing regarding the bathroom — I specifically filtered for a private bathroom, but this was not clearly stated in the room description at all. The room itself was extremely small (just a bed and a tiny wardrobe). We also experienced a very concerning incident where a man was aggressively banging on the door and trying to enter, before being casually let in by the cleaner, which felt unsafe as two female travellers. Communication from the host was slow before arrival and unhelpful when issues arose. Despite not using the room, our request for a partial refund was refused, leaving us unable to secure alternative accommodation and ultimately forcing us to leave Lisbon.
