Super practical and convenient, especially the e lockers and checkin process

The neighbourhood is really calm and nice. A 28 tram passes near by. The place is very clean and tidy.

I would have really appreciated the information that the building is under construction. It havent really affect my stay as it was weekend, but have really would have appreciated the heads up. Other guest makibg a noise during all night, but its not really establishements fault, but the lack of education and respect from other guests. Incredible.

O alojamento tem uma boa localização com fácil acesso a transportes públicos e fica numa zona tranquila. O quarto tem boas condições e é espaçoso. Tem duas casas de banho partilhadas entre os hóspedes, também com boas condições e estavam sempre livres quando precisei. O acesso sem chave é muito prático e a facilidade de entrar/sair a qualquer hora dentro do período da estadia foi muito útil, no meu caso.

A fachada do edifício encontra-se em obras, o que tapou o número de porta. Felizmente, tem uma placa de alojamento local junto da porta, ainda que de outra propriedade, o que ajudou a encontrar o local. O fecho da porta principal do edifício não estava no seu melhor, exigindo alguma força para abrir a porta. Sobre o alojamento em si, só posso apontar o facto de entrar luz entre a janela e as cortinas, o que fez com que o quarto ficasse iluminado por volta das 7h30. Como me deitei de madrugada devido a um concerto, isso significou um descanso curto.

I like it, especially value for money. Comfort is more than sufficient, location is great.

The space - elegant and simple, yet with everything needed, and ample space. My room was very comfortable. The terrace and the kitchen were lovely to use as well. The staff was very accommodating and responsive, at all hours. Entry was super easy, and elevator was great to have. Thank you!

All was great, I could bot find anything that was unsatisfactory. There is a construction going on, renovation of the facade, but even that was not a problem - however I needed to keep the curtains closed.

Non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi della colazione, ma per scelta nostra. Il letto era molto comodo. La Guest house è vicina al parco di estrela ed ai mezzi (tram e bus), però è lontana circa 30min a piedi dal centro della città.

C’è stato un piccolo disguido durante la prenotazione. Mi avevano assegnato il codice di una stanza non mia e quindi sono entrata in una stanza già prenotata da altre persone. Ho contattato subito, attraverso chiamata, lo staff che è stato molto disponibile. Non è stata colpa dello staff ma del sistema, però chiaramente dopo vi era un’aerea disagiante in quanto non mi sono sentita molto sicura.

המקום נקי מאוד והמארחת ממש אלופה ועוזרת בהכל! יש מטבח מאובזר בהכל ולא יחסר לכם דבר!

Great location, Estrela has so much to explore and offer. Building is impressive. Balcony is lovely in the sunshine. Kitchen is mostly really well stocked.

Bedroom was very small, terrible internal window, very echoey hallway, shower was broken, no-one came to fix it even though they said they would.
