If Not Why Not Guesthouse

Nothing to like about this guest house.

The room I stayed in felt dirty. The furnishings were old and worn. There was a dog howling in a next door property for long periods of time. The towels in the room were dirty. The breakfast was very poor. Location of the guest house was in a dodgy part of the town... I basically disliked every thing about this guesthouse

We requested 2 single beds in the room, but it was not done. Staff just said that they were not informed. I had to show them my request and the reply I got from the guest house to say that they did receive my request.

Pillows were too soft.

Great location in a very quiet area. The establishment has taken neatness to another level. Breakfast was up to standard. Ano and Lynette were great hosts , always ready to help with any need, their customer service impeccable. I truly enjoyed my stay at this establishment

They don't hv rooiboos tea, the breakfast not so nice they decide for you without asking you what would like to eat,

neatness, coolness, best facility, friendliness from staff, yes breakfast we did enjoy more especially my wife, no noise at all, bedding super, security seem great,

nothing at all

While dishing our food, we were rudely told by a staff member "that other guests need to eat" note we had hardly dished at this time. The impression that I got was that we mustn't dish up a lot of food which we had no intention of doing. While standing outside ready to depart, we were given the juice and we were told she forgot to give it to us while eating.

The overall experience was very disappointing. The staff members are unmannered and don't belong in the hospitality industry. I didn't expect to get such treatment,I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's like the staff members paid for us to stay at the accommodation. In future cater enough food for your guests if you feel that the food on the table is not enough for everyone. It felt like the staff members are doing us a favour.
